Ben is the CEO with extensive managerial, financial, and engineering experience. Before L2, Ben worked as a civil engineer in California, providing land development services; he still holds an active professional engineering license in California.

Keven has 18 years of temporary tent structure experience, from building tents and project management to directing sales and operations. While generating new avenues for business, Keven focuses on customer service and treats each new client as his first.

As Director of Revenue, Lukas looks to Expand L2 into markets where we can make the most difference and fill customers’ needs. He readily solves supply chain and materials management issues, giving customers a seamless and successful experience with us.

Mike is L2’s Director of Operations. Mike brings over ten years of experience in structure installations and site project management. He specializes in creative solutions that overcome all project obstacles.

When it comes to creating new business relationships, David is our guy. With 10 years of strategic account executive experience, his focus at L2 is finding new partnerships and fostering stronger relationships with current clients.

Kyle provides guidance and solutions for L2's clients. Day to day, he is driving new business and expanding existing relationships with clients. Helping our clients succeed and achieve their goals is Kyle’s goal. He has 6+ years of estimation and construction sales experience.

Nicole is your go-to executive assistant with a twist - she started her career as a second-grade teacher. Transitioning these skills to the corporate world has been a thrilling journey, allowing her to demonstrate her adaptability and the versatile nature of her abilities. She’s here to keep our office running smoothly, bringing a unique perspective and skill set to our team.

As an HR Generalist, Grace focuses on full-cycle recruiting, talent management, and HR policy and procedure development. With a commitment to creating a culture of continuous improvement and inclusivity, Grace works to ensure that our workplace is not just a place to work, but a space where innovation and teamwork flourish.

As the manager of our warehouse operations, Caleb oversees most aspects of our business prior to product delivery. Leveraging his experience in lean methodology, he specializes in streamlining processes to enhance efficiency. With a background in Process Engineering and military service as a Designated Marksman in the U.S. Army, he brings a unique blend of technical expertise and strategic leadership to drive success in our operations.
