In 2020, recognizing the shifting demands of the market, we made a decision to reposition the business to focus on providing long-term temporary structure rentals to the industrial, construction, and warehousing industries.

This shift was not merely a response to market trends, but rather a forward-looking move to capitalize on our strengths and address the growing needs for durable temporary structures in these critical industries. By focusing our efforts on long-term rentals, we aimed to forge deeper relationships with our clients, offering them tailored solutions that would stand the test of time and the rigors of their respective fields.

In a pivotal moment, 2019 marked a new chapter for Lafayette Tent & Awning Co. as the company transitioned from the stewardship of the founding family's third generation. This acquisition symbolized both a continuation and an evolution of the values and traditions that had been the bedrock of our success for over a century.

Later in 2019, we acquired American Pavilion, another leader in temporary structure rentals with a history dating back to 1906 -- a significant addition to our growing brand portfolio.

In 2021, Lafayette Tent & Awning Co. underwent a transformative rebranding, emerging as L2 Structures. This pivotal change was much more than a new name; it symbolized our evolution and our ambition to redefine what it means to be a leader in the temporary structures industry.

With a nod to our storied past and an eye firmly on the future, the name "L2 Structures" reflects our commitment to the dynamic needs of our clients. This rebranding initiative was designed to capture the essence of our expanded offerings and our dedication to the broadening industrial, construction, and manufacturing clientele base.
